Modern and affordable, Willow Park on the Bow offers 150 independent living units to Calgary’s seniors in the beautiful community of Bridgeland. The unique concept of integrating an independent living environment along with available support services is a first in Calgary for low and moderate income seniors.
Specifically designed for seniors living, the four-storey apartment boasts concrete construction with a secure entry system, wide hallways, spacious units and three elevators.
The main floor features a fireplace lounge, outdoor patio and library with plenty of space and opportunity to socialize and entertain. The common areas are barrier free and include an inviting dining room and multipurpose private function room.
A tranquil garden and beautifully landscaped grounds perfectly compliment the beauty of the building.
Suites vary in layout and sizes and start at 595 sq ft for a one-bedroom, 800 sq ft for a two bedroom, and 623 sq ft for barrier free. Decorated in neutral colors, each apartment contains a fridge, stove, dishwasher, window coverings, in-suite storage and two ceiling fans.
How do I apply?
Rental opportunities are available to those seniors who meet the income eligibility requirements. Applicants for Willow Park on the Bow cannot earn more than $37,500 for a one-bedroom, or $45,500 for a two-bedroom.
