Cost : Effective July 1st, 2005 rental rates at Bow Valley Lodge will change to a Rent Geared to Income program starting at 68%.
With 61 rooms in a park like setting, Bow Valley Lodge is a little gem. Each cosy room has a private bath and the lodge has access to senior friendly walkways. The LRT is minutes away. 

Cost : Effective July 1, 2005 the rental rate for the core building of Aspen Lodge will be calculated using a rent geared to income percentage. For singles, the base percent starts at 71% of gross income; for couples it will be 66% of gross combined income.
The newest of MCF's lodges, Aspen is 267 rooms of sheer comfort. Each room has a private bath. The lodge has an active recreation program, two large recreation areas as well as lounges on each of the three floors and great view.

Completed in 1999, Spruce Lodge has the look and feel of a enclave community. 133 rooms, some overlooking a plant filled atrium, all with a private bath, are spacious and pleasantly appointed. The lodge amenities include a tuck shop, hairdresser, recreation room and lounges.
