| Self-contained units managed by MCF offer affordable housing for seniors with modest incomes. One bedroom unit or bachelor units have kitchen facilities with a fridge and a stove and shared or private laundry facilities. Residents are responsible for their own phone service, parking, cable and tenant's insurance. Some utility charges apply in all self contained units. |

Eligibility Requirements
|
|
Applicants must be at least 65 years of age. For couples, one partner must be over 65 and the other over 60. Applicants must have lived in Calgary for one year immediately prior to applying or in Canada for 10 consecutive years during their lives.
Unit residents must be capable of independent living. MCF is responsible for lawn care and snow removal.
